Chad Humphrey, PT, OCS
Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College in 1998 and his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000. Chad is a member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Chad grew up and currently resides in Cambridge, IL with his wife and 3 daughters. Chad enjoys golfing, running and spending time with his family. He is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
