Chad Williams, PT, MPT, OCS

Chad received his Bachelor's degree from Wartburg College in 1998 and his Master's from St. Ambrose University in 2001. He is a member of the Orthopedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Chad is originally from Dike, IA and now lives in Waverly, IA with his wife and two sons. He loves to fish, hunt, golf and travel. He is also a die-hard Iowa Hawkeye fan.
