Stephanie Kelsick, MPT, CSCS, OCS

Stephanie received her Bachelor's degree from Simpson College in 1998 and her Master's IN Physical Therapy from The University of Iowa in 2001. She is a member of the Orthopedic and Women's Health sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Stephanie grew up and now resides in rural Alleman with her husband and two sons. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking, skiing, gardening, and traveling. She volunteers with the children's ministry at her church and is involved with the Women's Health Foundation as a Master Trainer for the Total Control™ program.
