Why did you become a Physical Therapist?
My father is a retired chiropractor. Having been around a health professional during my childhood, it seemed like a natural course for me to take. In high school I tore my ACL playing basketball and had to have surgery and PT. My physical therapy experience solidified my plan of becoming a physical therapist myself.
What are you involved with in your community?
I am a member of the Quad Cities Women’s Outdoor Club. I participate is some local 5k road races. I volunteer throughout the community when I have the opportunity.
