Join us for our semi-annual Mommy & Me Event!
Do you have an infant 12 months of age or younger? Do you pee a little every time you cough? This event is dedicated to educating parents on best practices for helping their infant meet their milestones, the dos and don’ts with car seats, and how to safely return to exercise post-partum. Joining our therapy team is our local chiropractor, Dr. Ashley Richenberger and our breast feeding specialist!
Infant Care:
Our pediatric specialists will be hosting an interactive milestone exploration event for infants 12 months and under followed by a presentation of therapy-approved infant toys and equipment. Our certified car seat specialist will also present on all the dos and don’ts with car seats!
Pelvic Health:
Our pelvic floor specialist will be presenting to all moms on what is and isn’t normal and how to safely return to exercise post-partum!
