Bright, shiny and new, but the same dedicated and long-standing commitment to “Making Better Lives.’’
That’s what you will get with Rock Valley Physical Therapy’s most recent addition, a new-construction site amid the 53rd Street corridor, where Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa, meet.
It’s located at 4451 E. 53rd Street, Suite 200, Davenport and features a number of dedicated physical therapists offering a number of services. They are: Geriatric, Parkinson’s Big and Loud, orthopedic, strength and conditioning, vestibular, and throwing and hand.
No referral is needed to seek care from a Rock Valley therapist.
The clinic is led by Becky Burke, PT, DPT, GCS. A Peoria, Ill., native, Burke earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and then her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, from Davenport, Iowa’s St. Ambrose University. Erik Jordahl, PT, MPT, OCS, a longtime clinic manager/owner, will also be on-site to better the lives of those in need.
New digs and carrying out Rock Valley’s patient-first commitment, has Burke – and all who are part of the 53rd Street family – thrilled at the challenge.
“I am excited about a lot of different aspects about our new clinic, but I think one of the most exciting parts is the number of our current therapists that are moving across the street and will continue to serve our amazing community,’’ said Burke. “We routinely hear feedback from our patients about the contagious culture in our clinic and I cannot wait to move that across the street.”
Founded in Moline, Ill, in 1984, Rock Valley Physical Therapy is one of the largest therapist-owned, therapist-led private PT practices in the country. It features 61 clinics covering Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska.
