Meet Shelley Heckert

Personal Trainer, Clinic Experience Associate

Shelley is originally from Indianola, IA but currently resides in Norwalk, IA. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance. Shelley is an ACE certified personal trainer (2019). Outside of work Shelley enjoys running and hiking, playing soccer, vacationing with her family, and working with the youth group at her church.

Why did you become a Personal Trainer?

I am passionate about helping people get started with an exercise routine that is safe with a focus on injury prevention. I have worked with a variety of clients from young children to older adults. I love to see clients improving their overall fitness and health as they move through exercise programming that we have created to meet each person’s specific needs.
