In this hands-on workshop, young women and their moms will learn practical self-defense skills while discovering how pelvic floor awareness supports strength, stability, and emotional resilience.

You’ll learn:

  • Simple self-defense strategies 
  • Body awareness and pelvic floor basics
  • How to release tension and build confidence
  • Practical tips to improve awareness and safer in everyday life

A supportive, empowering experience designed to help girls grow into strong, aware, and confident women.
