Meet Abby Loving

PTA

Abby is from and currently resides in Mount Pleasant, IA. Abby received her Associate of Arts and Associate of Applied Science from Indian Hills Community College. Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog and babysitting her nephew.

Why did you become a Therapist?

I knew I wanted to be a physical therapist assistant when I was a freshman in high school and I went to physical therapy for bilat hip pain and I really enjoyed going to my appointments. I also enjoy helping others and find the human body very interesting.

What are you involved in in your community?

Spring of 2024 the IHCC club walked dogs for the humane society in Ottumwa, IA. I have volunteered to work in the kitchen for the Mount Pleasant high school show choir invitational. While in high school I was involved in marching band/concert band, soccer and cross country, and would volunteer to ref for the Mount Pleasant Soccer association tournaments in Mount Pleasant.
