Meet Amy Isherwood

Clinic Manager, PT, DPT

Amy Isherwood is from Carroll, IA and currently resides in Gretna, NE. Amy received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Creighton University in 2006 and received her doctorate of physical therapy from Creighton University in 2009. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family (husband Zach and children Oakley, Easton, and Aspen) as well as cheering on the Creighton Bluejays and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Why did you become a therapist?

I was introduced to physical therapy in high school after rehabbing multiple sports injuries and continued to be interested in sports medicine during my time playing basketball at Creighton University. I love building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their individualized goals.

What are you involved in in your community?

I am heavily involved with Nebraska Attack, a girls basketball club, in our community. I love to spend time with and get to know the girls and their families.
