Meet Anna Pugh

PT, DPT

Anna Fletcher is from Le Claire, Iowa and currently resides in Urbana, Iowa. Anna received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Human Physiology and received her physical therapy degree from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her pets, hanging out with her friends from PT school, and visiting her family back home.

Why did you become a therapist?

Growing up, my mom was a PTA and I often visited her while she was working. I was able to see the passion and empathy she provided to her patients, and I was also able to see how much her patients relied on and trusted her. I wanted to go into a career where I could also foster a relationship with the people I interacted with. Like many PTs, I also have undergone physical therapy sessions myself, and had an amazing therapist my senior year of high school.
