Meet Ashley Frick

PT, DPT

Ashley is from Chaska, Minnesota and currently resides in West Des Moines, IA. Ashley received her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in Exercise Science and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and staying active (hiking and working out).

Why did you become a Therapist?

I am passionate about promoting healthier lifestyle choices and empowering patients to regain their full potential. By equipping patients with the tools to move better, stay active, and prevent future injuries, I am able to play a role in getting patient back to doing what they love.

What are you involved in in your community?

I am a member at Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines.
