Why did you become an Athletic Trainer?

I was drawn to athletic training because of the amazing impact and service a trainer brings to young athletes, specifically by helping them maintain a healthy body, mind, and spirit through exercise, recovery, rehab, prevention and so much more. I knew I wasn’t going to be an athlete my whole life but I never wanted to be away from athletics and when you combine that with providing a lasting impact on an individual’s overall ability, and health with your knowledge and expertise I was sold.
