Meet Colleen Rumpza

Clinic Manager, PT, DPT, OCS

Colleen is from Cedar Rapids, IA and currently resides in Davenport, IA. Colleen received her undergraduate degree from the College of Saint Benedict in Biology and received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Iowa. Outside of work she enjoys outdoor activities, coach/playing soccer, traveling, & reading.

Why did you become a Physical Therapist?
I have always been fascinated by the human body. I first learned about physical therapy after suffering an injury while playing soccer in high school. I began shadowing physical therapists and had more experiences in college that nudged me towards the career. I loved how the therapists were able to establish long term relationships with their patients. It was also amazing to see people get back to participating in activities that they love to take part in.

What are you involved with in your community?
I am a youth soccer coach and a member of the East Moline-Silvis Kiwanis Club.
