Meet Debbie Healy

Chief People officer, PT, DPT, OCS, MBA

Debbie grew up in a small town outside of Quincy, IL and currently resides in Rock Island, IL. Debbie received her Undergraduate Degree in Bio-psychology and her Master’s Degree and transitional Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University. She later obtained a Master’s in Business degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Why did you become a Physical Therapist?

I spent two summers running a youth corp program at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL while in high school. During that time, I was able to explore several health care related fields and felt that the impact I could make on lives would be best served in a career of physical therapy.

What are you involved with in your community?

My husband and I own a business in downtown Rock Island and are involved in the Rock Island community and our children’s school and sports.
