Ella grew up in Epworth, IA before attending St. Ambrose University and obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Fitness. She also holds a Health Coach Certificate from the American Council on Exercise. Specific wellness interests of Ella’s include injury prevention and strength training.
When not working Ella enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Fighting Bees!
