Meet Emma Barr

Emma is from Van Meter, IA and currently resides in Cedar Falls, IA. Emma received her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls and received her master’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as hiking and working out.
Why did you become a Therapist?
I became an Athletic Trainer to impact the lives of high school students and provide outstanding health care to student-athletes.
What are you involved in in your community?
In undergrad I was involved in sorority life as well as dance marathon. Most of my time in these two organizations were spent volunteering and raising money for the U of I Children’s Hospital as well as RMHC.
