Why did you become an Occupational Therapist?
I became a therapist to serve others facing daily challenges as Jesus serves people. I want to meet people where they are and promote their dignity, purpose, and quality of life through functional activities.

What are you involved with in your community?
I am a member of Edgewood Baptist Church in Rock Island, IL where I am a Sunday School teacher and young adult leader and am involved with serving international populations. Over the last few years, I have enjoyed volunteering with World Relief, Pregnancy Resources, and Tapestry Farms in various roles to promote the well-being of clients from diverse backgrounds.
