Meet Harrison East

PT, DPT

Harrison is originally from Sloan, IA and currently resides in Des Moines, IA. Harrison received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University in Kinesiology and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University. Outside of work he enjoys working out, running, hiking, cooking & reading!

Why did you become a Therapist?

I have always been an active individual and enjoy meeting and talking to new people. Physical therapy allows me to help others return to activities and connect with people in my community. Helping someone gain confidence with their body and reach their goals is a rewarding feeling.

What are you involved in in your community?

I enjoy volunteering around the community to assist those in need. I also enjoy educating others to help them understand their body more and how to keep it healthy.
