Meet Jenifer Anderson

PT, DPT

Jenifer Anderson is from Indianola, Iowa and currently resides in Waverly, Iowa. Jenifer received her undergraduate degree from St. Ambrose University in Exercise Science and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Ambrose University as well. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her four children, hiking, biking and reading.

Why did you become a therapist?
I became a physical therapist because I love helping people understand the “why” behind their pain and how they can take control of their own health. I love spending time getting to know what motivates patients and how to fit their therapy into their lifestyle.

What are you involved in in your community?

In my community I love staying active by getting out to utilize city and county parks and trails. My kids also enjoy playing in the summer Waverly Area Municipal Band.
