Meet Julie Sopha

Occupational Therapist, OT/L

Julie is originally from Fridley, MN and currently resides on a little acreage south of Cresco. She received her occupational therapy degree from Eastern Michigan University back in 2000. Outside of work Julie enjoys being the mom of 6 remarkable daughters and the grandma of 2 adorable granddaughters. She also enjoys flower gardening, thrifting, and snuggling up with a baby and a beautiful children’s book.

Why did you become a Therapist?

In high school I discovered that I really enjoyed working with older adults as well as kiddos who had special needs. A career aptitude test suggested that occupational therapy might be a good fit for me and I was drawn to the profession’s focus on the whole person and individualized goals and treatment to help people live life to the fullest.
