Meet Kara Kurtz

Kara received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Ambrose University. Kara is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise. She is from Blue Grass, IA, and is now raising her four children alongside her husband there. Kara enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling. She has a true passion for helping others live their healthiest life.
