Meet Kara Lukan

OTR/L, CHT

Kara is from Omaha, NE and currently resides in Adel, IA. She received her BS degrees in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from St. Ambrose University. Outside of work she enjoys time spent with my family and friends, outdoor sports, gardening, all things physical fitness and cheering on the Huskers. 

Why did I become a Physical Therapist?

I always had my eyes set on being a Pediatrician but along the way I came across an article with the differences/similarities between PT/OT and I landed on OT. 

What are you involved with in your community?

I help coach my son’s basketball team, volunteer for his school’s parent committees, and attends Lutheran Church of Hope.
