Kary originally from and currently resides in McCook Lake, SD. Kara received their Bachelors degree from SDSU in 1999. Outside of work, Kary enjoys boating, water skiing, jet skiing, walking, playing with our new puppy Milo, lifting weights, traveling and watching and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Why did you become an Exercise Specialist?

I love helping others live their best lives in what ever capacity that might be.

What are you involved in in your community?

I help with DV Boosters and volunteer at Isaac Walton League-McCook Lake.
