Meet Kate Tryon

Wellness Coordinator, Health Coach

Kate grew up in Oxford, IA and now calls Davenport her home. Kate and her husband have two daughters. In their free time they like to spend our time outdoors hiking, camping, and exploring. Kate also loves to travel with her family and friends. At home, she enjoys cooking and sewing.



After graduating from Truman State University with a BS in Exercise Science, Kate found that her passion is working with individuals to achieve their health goals. Helping people toward better health, and the ability to better enjoy life, is very fulfilling for her. Kate’s goal is to educate each of her clients on a healthy lifestyle choices based on their individual needs.
