Meet Kenneth Asta

VP - Employer Health Services, CHC, CSCS, MBA

Ken received his B.S. in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University. Ken is a Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ken’s passion lies in providing services and resources that assist individuals in leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Ken grew up Prophetstown, IL and currently resides in Bettendorf, IA with his wife and 4 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and staying physically active.
