Meet Kyle Deets

PTA

Kyle attended Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, where he received his BA with emphasis in Biology in 2016, and Black Hawk College where he received his AAS as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2020. Kyle is from Polo, IL and currently resides in Moline, IL. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys coaching Track and Field for Geneseo High School, watching football, going to the movies and playing board games.

Why did you become a Therapist?

I was first introduced to the field of Physical Therapy in high school after sustaining a sports injury. Being around great physical therapists in a fun environment helped keep my spirits up through my recovery process. As I was deciding on my career path during my undergraduate studies I decided the best way I could help improve my community and pay forward the kindness that was shown to me was to become a therapist and help others through their own recovery.
