Meet MacKenzie McLean

PT, DPT

MacKenzie McLean is from Ponca, NE and currently resides in Vermillion, SD. MacKenzie received their undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Psychology and received their Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska-Medical Center. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and reading.

Why did you become a Therapist?

When I was a freshman in high school, I had a season ending knee injury that led to 6+ months of physical therapy. I found myself falling in love with the career and knew I wanted to help others in the same way that I was helped. I enjoy forming relationships with people and helping them be the best versions of themselves. Being a physical therapist allows me to do both of these daily!

What are you involved in in your community?

I am involved in a sports league as well as church activities.
