Meet Nate Just

PTA, MS, CSCS

Nate is from Moline, IL where he currently resides. Nate received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology both from Illinois State University. He completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program and earned his degree from Black Hawk College. Outside of work Nate enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Why did you become a Physical Therapist Assistant?
I became a PTA after spending a few years as a strength and conditioning coach due to a desire to help people return to activities and hobbies they enjoy while being pain-free. My passion for Physical Therapy began in high school upon receiving therapy for an injury.

What are you involved with in your community?
I’ve worked with the River Bend Food Bank filling backpacks for school children.
