Meet Stacy Koenigs

PT, MPT

Stacy is from Naperville, IL and currently resides in Johnston, IA. Stacy received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Outside of work she enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, travel, spending time with family, & being active outdoors.

Why did you become a Physical Therapist?
I was always interested in the medical field and wanted to work with people. In looking at options, I found physical therapy to be an excellent opportunity to help people recover and return to regular activity.

What are you involved with in your community?
I am involved in the PTO and the co-chair of the book fairs at the elementary school. We host multiple fairs during the school year and hold a summer reading program. Within the schools, I have been the homeroom or team parent for my children’s activities. Additionally, I co-teach weekly religious education classes at our church and teach Rock Steady Boxing classes.
