Meet Ashley Ackerman

Ashley is from Davenport, Iowa and currently resides in Davenport, Iowa. Ashley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Movement and Exercise Science and received their Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her dogs and going to concerts.

Why did you become a Therapist?

I became a therapist because I enjoy meeting new individuals every day and helping them live to their greatest potential. Specifically, I wanted to become a pediatric occupational therapist because I enjoy helping kids grow and achieve their goals. As a pediatric OT, I get to have a lifelong impact on these children and watch them succeed throughout their childhood.
