Warming Up, Moving Better, Playing Longer


Are you an active adult who enjoys the sport of pickleball? As the season begins to transition toward indoor play, learning strategies to improve mobility and strength while reducing your risk of injury becomes even more important.


This session is designed to help pickleball players move better, stay healthy, and enjoy the game for years to come.


We'll discuss the importance of a proper warm-up and explore mobility and strength exercises that support the movements required in pickleball, helping you reduce your risk of injury, improve recovery, and stay on the court longer.
